With a background in architectural renderings, blueprint design and planning, Chris Stigas is able to consult at the early stages of a construction project and right up to completion. At +20 years of electrical and construction knowledge, he is very familiar with AODA legislation and Building Codes. These skills are further sharpened with Chris’s recent Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Certification training. Seven years ago Chris suffered a traumatic, life altering spinal cord injury. Chris’s pre-injury professional experience coupled with his new lived experience gives him the unique perspective of having both sides of the equation to draw on when conducting accessibility assessments and recommendations.
