Brad Brohman is the IWSCC’s Managing Director, and is President of Brohman & Associates, a general business consultancy based in Ottawa with clients in Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver and abroad. He has a particular focus on accessibility and inclusion within the disability community.

Founding Board Member.

Jeff Wilson is a co-founder of the IWSCC and CEO of the first Certified Disabled-Owned business in Canada. 

As a business owner with lived experience with an invisible disability, Jeff Wilson saw a need for support for disabled and veteran-owned businesses in the market. Jeff has over 25 years of experience in consulting focused on customer experience design and accessibility making him a highly sought after speaker on accessibility and inclusion.

Board Member At-Large.

Adrienne Ottolino is the newest addition to the IWSCC Board of Directors, but has been involved with the IWSCC team for over 5 years. She is passionate about how people can experience the world and the opportunities it has to offer to their fullest.

This new role allows her to apply that passion in a meaningful and actionable way.
