Starting and running a business while managing disability, neurodivergence, and/or veteran-related challenges creates unique stressors that standard entrepreneurial advice rarely addresses. Many face a triple burden: business demands, the realities of disability or neurodivergence, and systemic barriers. This interactive webinar offers an evidence-based, accessibility-focused, and lived-experience-driven approach to stress management.

Mindset’s Disability Literacy 101 seminar challenges assumptions, stereotypes and biases with authentic lived-experiences shared by highly-regarded subject-matter experts representing various disabilities. Wherever you may be in your diversity, equity and inclusion journey, mindset is fashioned to help you move the dial.

Rather than a broad “tips for procurement” session, the webinar will focus on a single, concrete lesson: how Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) can use the Request for Proposal (RFP) process as a strategic branding and positioning tool, regardless of outcome.

Inclusive Entrepreneurship is more than just a social endeavor, it’s good business sense! Don’t take it from us though. Our guest educator, accessibility advocate, and IWSCC Certified Business Owner Jolene MacDonald is here to share experience, expertise, and advice from Accessibrand.

Stone Procurement Inc.’s Igli Xhango joins IWSCC to share their experience with one of Canada’s most popular e-procurement tools: SAP Ariba. Learn to navigate the tool, set up a profile as a supplier, and maximize buyer interest by completing that profile the right way.

Transform your understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace through the unique lens of someone who’s lived it. Join neurodivergent consultant and educator Jenine Lillian (they/them) for an engaging session that combines personal experience as a late-diagnosed autistic professional with over 30 years of expertise in education and professional development.
IWSCC is just one part of a national network of allies, supporters, and resource providers. Here are some of our friends that share our vision of an accessible and inclusive Canadian economy.
