Delivered as an accredited certificate program by the Mental Health Commission of Canada and Opening Minds, this foundational course equips all staff members to recognize and understand workplace psychological safety. Designed to prepare your entire workforce while senior management implements an integrated framework, this training clarifies the critical difference between basic mental health initiatives and a true Psychological Health and Safety strategy.

Participants master core psychological health components and learn how to identify and address psychosocial hazards proactively. To build a comprehensive learning path, participants are encouraged to complete Introduction to PHS before moving on to Integration of PHS, a specialized module designed specifically for policy architects, HR professionals, and managers.
